Kale and Baked Polenta

Kale 2 bunches washed and choppedGarlic 5 Cloves choppedVeggie Broth 1 cartonNutmeg 1 tsp gratedBlack Pepper 1 tsp groundSalt to tasteCheese 1 oz shreddedPolenta sliced
Preheat oven to 350.
Heat oil in pan and saute garlic for 1 minute. Add chopped kale and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Remove lid and raise heat. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to reduce and concentrate the liquid.
Bake the polenta for 10 minutes. Turn on broiler and cook polenta until crispy.
