Leftover Rotisserie Chicken (for me this was half a breast and both thighs)Handful of grapes (about 8 for me) cut in half1/2 granny smith tart green apple, cut into small chunksApproximately 5 tbsp mayo (I used Kraft Light)A squirt of mustard (approximately 1.5 tsp)
shred the chicken into small pieces into a small bowl. Add the grapes and apple pieces. Add the mayo and mustard and stir until well combined.
Refrigerate until chilled. Makes approximately 8 servings.
