"Crunchwrap"

Ingredients
Taco Seasoning envelopeTurkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 ozAzteca 40g flour tortilla, 5 servings (9 or 10 inch)Ortega Tostada Shells (5 shells)Cheese, shredded Cojack 8 oz Refried Beans, .5 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup. Iceburg Salad Mix, 1.5 cup
Directions
Brown ground turkey until no longer pink
add taco seasoning and cook to package instructions
On a griddle or skillet heat flour tortilla until soft and spread 1/5 of cheese on top and 1/5 of meat
heat till cheese is "melty"
Put some lettuce on tortilla
Take a tostada shell and top with some sour cream and refried beans
Put on top of melty cheese and wrap tortilla edges around tostada shell
It wont cover all the way
Turn heat up and slightly crisp the outside of tortilla on both sides.
Turn heat back down before cooking next "Crunchwrap"
Cooking time is about 5 mins per "Crunchwrap"
