Veggie Sausage Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
2 patties - Morningstar Farms Spicy Sausage Patties, crumbled1/3 Cup egg whites1 green onion, chopped2 Teaspoons low fat cheddar cheese, shredded1 6" Low Carb TortillaMrs. Dash Original Seasoning
Directions
Gently defrost the 'sausage' patties in the microwave. Crumble into a non-stick skillet.
Sautee with green onion and a pinch of Mrs. Dash
Stir in egg whites and cook about 2 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and stir.
Serve on a warmed tortilla and roll up into a burrito.
Great with hot sauce!
