Ingredients
1 c chickpeas, rinsed & drained1 Zuchinni, chopped1/2 Onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, choppedSeasonings to taste2 T EVOO
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Add chopped vegetables and seasonings, and cook until soft. Add beans and cook until heated through. Great with brown rice.
