Easy Salmon Supper

Ingredients
2 cups sliced carrots(5 medium)1/2 cup Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan divided4 Salmon fillets(1 lb)2 cups instant rice prepared
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F toss carrots with 1/4 cup of dressing in 13x9 baking dish. Spread in single layer.

Bake 15min. Stir carrots then top with salmon

Combine tomatoes and remaining 1/4 cup of dressing spoon over salmon.

Bake another 15min or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Serve over rice.
