Ingredients
large egg freshone english muffin toasteda sprinke of cheese
Directions
boil a pot of water. stir it until there is a tiny vortex in the middle. then quickly crack the egg over the vortex. stir ocasionally to kept the vortex going.the more time the egg spends in the pot the harder the yolk gets so if you like it runny about 15 minutes if not keep the egg in there a little bite longer.when done put the egg on the english muffin along with the sprinkle of cheese. ham is optional.
