Black Bean Burgers (Veggie burgers)

Ingredients
4 cloves garlic (less or more for flavor as desired)1/4 medium onion1 can (1 1/2 cups) black beans (drained)1 cup oatmeal1/4 cup tomato sauce
Directions
In food processor finely chop onion and garlic
Add black beans and tomato sauce
Blend until mostly chopped (it should look like refried beans that are not mashed completely)
a oatmeal and blend

Form patties and grill (I use an indoor grill) for 15-25 minutes until somewhat firm and warm through

Garnish as desired and serve.

*note - if you plan on grilling these on a standard outside grill - rinse and pat dry the beans for a dryer mix that will stick together a little better.
Also good when cooked in a skillet.
