Chicken Salad w/ Lettuce

Ingredients
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (mine is from Safeway) 2 tbsp.Chicken Breast, No skin or bone (5 oz. cooked)Mushrooms, 1 Baby Carrots, 5 mediumCucumber, 1/2 a cupRed Leaf Lettuce, 1.25 cupsBalsamic Vinegar for cooking the chicken and mushroomsAvacado- 1/4 of the fruit (yields about 1/8 a cup)
Directions
Pour cooking balsamic into pan. Put chicken and cut up mushrooms in pan. Cut up all other veggies and place in a bowl. When chicken is cooked, place it in the bowl, with the mushrooms. Pour 2 tablespoons of the balsamic dressing over and enjoy!
