1 ham hock3 cans Bush's Great Northern beans1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes1 6 oz. can tomato sauce10 green olives with pimientos3 tbsp. Goya Sofrito3 tbsp. olive oil1/2 cup cider vinegar2 cups sliced ripe plantains2 pkts. Sazon Goya seasoning mix1 tsp. onion salt1 tsp. garlic powder2 bay leaves
Mix all ingredients in large pot and cook for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
