Rigatoni con Pepperoni

Ingredients
1.5 c Onion, 1 tsp garlic, 6 plum tomatoes, 0.5lb pepperoni, 0.5 c whipping cream, 6c cooked rigatoni, parmesean cheese
Directions
Cook rigatoni al dente. Dice tomato, onion and garlic. Cut pepperoni slices into quarters. Saute onion and garlic till clear. Add to tomatoes and pepperoni and saute till cooked down. about 5 minutes. add salt and pepper to taste. Add whipping cream and cook another 3-5 minutes. top pasta with sauce and a tbs of cheese and serve.
