Creamy spinach mushrooms and rice

Ingredients
Half a package of frozen spinach thawedhalf a package of reduced fat cream cheeseone cup mushrooms1/4 cup oniongarlic1 tsp olive oil1 cup Uncle Ben's Instant Brown Rice1 chicken boullion cube
Directions
Bring water to a boil and add 1 cup of rice and the chicken boullion cube. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for approximately five minutes until the water is absorbed. Meanwhile, saute onion in extra virgin olive oil for a minute and then add mushrooms. Cook until the rice is finished. Add thawed spinach, cream cheese and mushroom mixture to the rice, stirring until combined. Then serve!
