1/2 lb. Lean ground beef or sirloin1 - yellow onion, sliced2 cups sliced mushrooms1/4 C. fat-free sour cream1/2 C. Beef broth1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/4 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. salt
make 12 meatballs of equal proportions, and saute until browned. Add onions and mushroom, saute until softened. Add beef broth, simmer and add seasonings. Lastly, turn off heat and add sour cream, stirring until well blended. Add your shiratake noodles right before serving, making sure that they are well coated with sauce. Divide the meatballs evenly when serving.
