1/2 T. olive oil1 onion, chopped1 sweet pepper, chopped1/2 T. chili powder1 1/2 c. red lentils1 can tomato sauce3 c. water2 T. tamari1 T. yellow mustard1 T. agave1 tsp. salt
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sweet pepper, cover, and soften for 5 minutes. Add chili powder to coat, add to crockpot with remainder of ingredients. Cook on low for 6 -8 hours.
