Meatloaf with or w/o Quinoa

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 large egg, beaten1/4 C 1% milk1 T mustard1 can tomato paste, 6 oz. (I use seasoned)1/2 large onion, chopped1 c bread crumbs1/2 c oatmeal1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp worchestershire sauce (optional)1C cooked quinoa (optional)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mush them together by hand like my Mom used to do :)
Form a loaf and put in loaf pan; bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
OR fill ungreased muffin pan cups and bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
