Easy Split Pea Soup with Ham

Ingredients
4 c. Central Market Organic low sodium chicken broth1.25 c. dried split peas12 oz. HEB fully fit Black Forest ham1.5 c. chopped onion1 c. chopped celery with leavesheaping tablespoon chopped garlic.25 t. salt1 T. dried poultry seasoning
Directions
Put everything into a slow cooker and simmer for several hours, or until peas are mushy. Makes 10 servings of 1 cup each.
