Ingredients
3 potatoes, diced1 carrot, sliced thin1 can corn2 cans minced clams2 cups skim milk4 tbsp butter
Directions
Cook potaotes and carrots in clam juice plus enough water until tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat until butter melts.
Makes 6-8 cup servings
