Three Cheesy Pizza

3/4 cup part skim Ricotta cheese1 10 oz pre baked pizza crust3/4 cup part skim Mozzarella Cheese2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees
2. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
4. place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake until the crust is crisp and the cheese has melted. about 8-10 minutes.
(optional: I like to add crushed red peppers and oregan to mine. Gives it some more great flavor)
