Creamy Dijon Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, low fatJuice from 1 lemon4 tsp Dijon Mustard1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. If the yogurt you use is quite sharp, add a pinch of sugar to smooth the flavor. Keeps for about 2 weeks.

    I made this originally to go with eggs in the morning but ended up using it as a dip with veggies and an all purpose dressing. I loved it, but not everyone at the party where it was a dip were as into it as I was. - 7/2/09
