Ingredients
1 pita bread1Tbs tomato paste1Tsp Diced GarlicApprox 50 gr Shredded Mozzarella low fat cheese1 slice onion10 gr lean ham1 small mushroom10 gr capsicum
Directions
Place Pita bread on bench, spread tomato paste & diced garlic all around pita bread then use a third of cheese to sprinkle over base. Grab the ham & onion and sprinkle on top of the base followed by the capsicum & mushroom. Now place rest of cheese in the middle of pizza & work it to the edges with fingers Place on a oven tray/pizza tray into a preheated oven {150-180 degrees } for approx 3 to 5 minutes. As every oven is different it's best to keep a eye on them and work out the ideal heat to suit yourself. This makes 1 Pizza so times ingredients by 6 if you want 6 Pizzas etc. Ingredients can be substituted to suit the individual.
The Kids absolutely love them i can't make them quick enough.
