Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Butter, salted, 2 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 mediumWhite Wine, 2 fl ozbrown rice (1 cup cooked), .5 serving*Lundberg Wild Blend Brown Rice-1/2 cup cookedChickpeas (garbanzo beans), .5 cup
Directions
Cut chicken in to small pieces.
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and carrots. Cook until onions are slightly wilted. Add chicken and wine. Cover and let simmer until chicken is mostly done. Add 1/2 rices and garbanzo beans. Cook until heated through.
