Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
3/4 box pasta1/2 cup olive oil1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in olive oil)1/2 yellow onion4 garlic cloves4 slices bacon (cut in small chunks)2 tbsp grated cheese1 tbsp toasted pine nuts1 splash white wine
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions. Saute bacon in a pan on medium heat. Place on paper towel when crispy and set aside. Drain bacon fat from pan. Add minced garlic and onion. Splash wine in the pan to deglaze. When onions and garlic are translucent, add sun-dried tomatoes (with their oil). Saute for a few minutes until the tomatoes are tender. Mix pasta, tomato mixture, cheese and bacon. Top with fresh basil and pine nuts. Serve.
