Ingredients
2 cans lima beans (undrained)2 cans butter beans (undrained)2 cans whole kernel corn (undrainedd)1 46 oz. can tomato juice1 lb ground beef (93% lean) (browned)6 cups diced potatoes (cooked)
Directions
Boil potatoes. Brown ground beef. Add potatoes and ground beef to undrained corn, lima beans, buter beans, and tomato juice. Heat for about 15 minutes until hot!
