Ground Beef Stroganoff

3/4 kg Ground beef, lean2 cups sliced Mushrooms, fresh1 cup chopped Green Peppers1/2 cup chopped Onions, raw2 cloves Garlic, chopped2 tbsp HP Sauce1-340g bag of Catelli Healthy Harvest Yolk Free Egg White Noodles2 cans low-sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
Cook pasta according to package instructions and then drain.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan, cook the ground beef until all red is gone.
After ground beef is cooked, drain the fat off and set beef aside while you're cooking the chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic and chopped green pepppers.
After the veggies are cooked, add the mushroom soup and HP sauce and beef to them and heat through.
Once heated through, add the sauce to the drained egg noodles and mix.
