Ingredients
3 t. oil2 lb. ground beef12 oz. chopped onions14 oz. carrots, clivered14 oz. diced celery48 oz. canned diced Tomatoes2 c. cooked Red Kidney beans2 c. cooked White kidney beans88 oz. Beef stock3 t. Oregano2.5 t. pepper5 t. fresh chopped parsley1.5 t. Tabasco48 oz. Spaghetti sauce8 oz. shell macaroni
Directions
Saute meat in oil. Add chopped onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse beans and add to the pot. Add beef stock, spices, sauce, noodles. Add chopped parsley. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender--45 minutes.

    I've made this lots of times. I usually put all the ingredients in my crock pot and let it cook on low for 8 hours. - 5/19/11
