Marinated Grilled Sirloin Roll

Ingredients
Large thick siloin steak from your local butcher, onion, garlic, mojo criollo marinade, and olive oil
Directions
Makes 6 servings. Ask your local butcher for a cut of lean, trimmed sirloin steak filleted the whole length in half to create a large, retangular thin piece. Marinade this in mojo criollo for 8 hours. Bake 1 large onion with 6 cloves or garlic in 1 tsp of olive oil at 350 degrees for 10 minustes. Chop vegetables after cooking and lay down the middle of the steak. Roll steak into nice, tight roll and tie. Bake on charcoal grill for approximately 8-10 per side depending on your grill. Slice into 4 nice servings.
