Ingredients
1 8-ounce piece turkey smoked sausage1 cup red bell pepers, cut into strips1 cup green bell pepers, cut into strips1 cup yellow bell pepers, cut into strips*** or one bag of frozen pepper blend ***2 cups brown rice
Directions
1. Prepare rice according to directions

2. Preheat skillet.

3. Cut smoked sausage into pieces. Add to skillet and cook to desired consistency.

4. Add the peppers to the smoked sausage. Cook until crisp-tender.

5. Drain the rice. Put the rice on each plate and spoon the smoked sausage/pepper mixture on top.
