Easiest Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Peanut Butter1 cup Splenda1 tsp Vanilla Extract3 squares Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Squares
Directions
Mix peanut butter, Splenda and vanilla extract until well blended. Melt chocolate squares over low heat, then mix with peanut butter mixture. Form into 1" balls onto baking sheet (on parchment paper). Press gently with fork, once in each direction. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Makes 30 cookies.
