Banana Almond Butter cups

Ingredients
1 banana, mashed1/4 cup flax meal2-3 tbsp dried shredded unsweetened coconut3 tbsp almond butter1-2 tbsp raisins
Directions
Mix banana and flax meal well, then add in remaining ingredients and mix well.

Spoon into mini baking cups (scant 1 tbsp each), and freeze for about 10-20 minutes. They will be hard but still soft enough to eat right from the freezer.
