Rich No butter chicken

Ingredients
2tbl garic 1 tbl ginger finely chopped1 cup onion 1 tbl tomatoe paste 1 tbl cummin seeds1 tsp turmeric powder1 tbl curry powdersalt to taste pepper to taste 1 tbl brown sugar 1/4 c yougurt1/4 c water
Directions
in Saute pan add 3 tbl spoons of olive or grapeseed oil '

add ginger garlic and onions
cook till onions start to soften

add tomatoe paste and spices

give it a minute then add chicken let cook for 5-10 minutes

add yogurt and water for sauce

cook till chicken is cooked through
