Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedBread Crumbs - 1/2 cupCilantro, raw, 1/2 cupJalapeno Peppers, 2 peppersPlain Fat Free Yogurt or Sour Cream, 2 T.Tobasco (Original), 1 tspCumin, 1 tbspPepper, black, 0.25 tbsp1 EggPinto beans, 2 cupsVegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
Combine first ten ingredients, add pinto beans and mash together. You can also use the food processor if you are in a hurry about the texture will be different. Try them both and see which you prefer.
Divide into four patties and refrigerate for at least ten minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium. Cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve with fixins of your choice!! Enjoy!
