Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 small sweet potato, peeled and cubed1 medium potato, peeled and cubed1 tbsp. Olive Oil2 tbsp Greek Yogurt 2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise, 1 oz chopped Walnuts1/4 small White Onion, finely choppedParsley
Directions
Cook the potato and sweet potato in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain and let cool.
In large bowl prepare drssing by whisking the olive oil, yogurt, mayonnaise, walnuts, onion and parsley.
Mix in the potato and sweet potato.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
