vegetarian crumbles are a generic way of saying Boca or Morningstar Crumbles.
I'm looking forward to giving this a try! If you can find it, try to use Full Circle Organic Vegetable Broth because it's the lowest sodium content I've found for vegetable broth.

  • We really liked this one! Lots of flavor! We had it over brown rice and the only change I made was to add zucchini because I needed to use it before it went over. We'll definitely have this again! - 6/10/11

  • This was great. I did end up adding mushrooms, zucchini, an extra can of tomatoes, and a 2 tbsp of red wine and serving over brown rice, but still an excellent recipe. - 4/17/09
