    0.75 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    0.50 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup
    0.75 cup Kirkland Organic Lowfat Milk - 1 percent
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 serving apple, peeled, small

Directions

Mix the dry ingridents
mix the wet
make sure you melt the butter and shred the apple.
take a half a cup of batter put on a preheated waffle iron close it wait till the light turns green. then enjoy! or you can make it into pancakes.
