We had them tonight with meatloaf and carrots. I added an extra 1/4 C flour to make a better consistency for frying pancakes. Maybe that's why I came up with 8 pancakes instead of 6. They are pretty tasty--and green--and would be good to serve on St. Patrick's Day! - 2/17/11

  • The flavor was great and quick to make up. I shredded my potato with the food processor & then dumped the cooked broccoli in & processed together. May need to play with flour to get texture right. F.Y.I I got 10 cakes at 50 calories each. All of the nutrients in the recipe are slightly off. - 5/20/12
