Cheater's Calzone (vegetarian)

Ingredients
1 link morningstar italian sausage1 oz soysation shredded soy cheese1/4 cup mid's pizza sauce2 Tbsp red onion1 Aladdin's small white pita
Directions
microwave sauce and "sausage" for 2.5 minutes at high. Add "cheese"
microwave onion for 30 seconds. add to mixture
mash together with fork

microwave pita for 20 seconds
cut pita into two and open pockets
fill pockets

1 large serving or serve 1/2 with a salad
