Mexican Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts4 cups chicken stock1 can of black beans1 can El Pato jalapeno salsa1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
Directions
cook the chicken breasts in the chicken stock and when cooked through shred chicken and leave in stock

add the rest of the ingredients

simmer for 20-25 minutes

Serve over rice if desired, and add some
Mexican cheese, cilantro, and sour cream as garnish (if desired) This soup is great and low cal as is, though!
