Vegetarian Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
1 Large Onion, chopped1 Green Pepper, chopped1/2 Red Pepper, chopped14 oz. of canned Mushrooms1.5 Cups of chopped Carrots28 oz. canned crushed tomatoes2 cans of 14.5 oz. diced tomotoes with jalapeno15 oz. can of Kidney Beans15 oz. can of Pinto Beans1 Packet of Chili Seasoning
Directions
Combine all ingreadients in a Crock Pot and cook for 4 hours. Makes about 12, 1 cup servings.
