Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Prego Spaghetti Sauce, 24 tbsp (remove)Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1.5 cup, shreddedgarlicbasiloregano
In a frying pan, cook ground beef with some basil and oregano. Set aside. Next, fry zucchini strips in a couple of TBS of olive oil for about one minute per side. Set aside. Assemble lasagna by layering sauce, zucchini, ricotta, zucchini, beef, sauce and mozzarella. Bake 375F for about 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
