Low-Fat Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
3.4 cup vanilla wafers1 T Butter, melted14 oz. Can of Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk3 Egg Yolks1/3 Cup of Key Lime Juice
Directions
Pre-Heat 350 degrees
Melt Butter to blend with Vanilla wafers (ground) for 9" crust
Bake 10 minutes

Blend Condensed Milk with Lime Juice and 3 egg yolks until smooth.
Pour into pie shell and bake 15 minutes.
Cool for 20 minutes and place in refrigerator.

8 servings = 177.7 calories and Carbs 32.1
10 servings = 142.10 and Carbs 25.6
