Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
2 Avocados, peeled & pitted (about 2 cups)1/2 cup Splenda3/4 cup Cocoa powder1/2 Tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor & blend till smooth. Add water to desired consistency. Chilled is best. Make double recipe and add extra water, till spreadable & can be used as an icing for 2 layer cake.
