Tangy Crockpot Chicken

2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned1/2 Cup low-fat plain yogurtZest of one lemon2 T cumin2 T curry powder (I used ginger curry, but use what you like)3 cloves garlic, chopped
Put the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot, on low
Mix the yogurt, lemon zest, cumin, curry powder and garlic. Pour over the chicken and cook on low for about 8 hours.
30 minutes before serving, add cleaned Brussels spouts and let them steam with the chicken.
It's tangy, tasty and low fat!
Serves 8. Great leftovers for work!
