LEAN MEATLOAF

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Celery, raw, .25 cup, dicedOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *Barbecue Sauce, 1 TABLESPOONBread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 3 slice Milk, 1%, 1/4 CUP LESS 1 TABLESPOON Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
Directions
chop celery and onion in food processor , dump in mixing bowl with hamburger. Add bread to food processor and run till crumbs. Add to meat mixture. Mix all together by hands( wash them please first) and place in the shape of a meatloaf in on open roasting dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
You can add 1 T. ketchup to rub on top of meatloaf prior to cooking if you like.
