Ingredients
1 head of cabage-chopped3 scallions-chopped1 bunch of celery-diced1 green pepper-diced3 large mushrooms (fresh or canned)-chopped2 cans of Diced Tomatoes1 package of onion soup mix4 cups of water(any other vegetable or spices you want)Cheddar Cheese (shredded) as a topping (optional)
Directions
Chop-sautee all veggies, add in diced tomatoes, onion soup mix and water-boil until desired tenderness.
