Ingredients
8 sandwich thins8 oz fat free cream cheese, softened1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp seasoned salt1 cup broccoli, chopped small1/2 cups carrots, chopped small1/2 cup celery, chooped small1/4 cup scallions, chopped small1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
Directions
Separate sandwich thins so you have 16 piece. Set aside. MIx cream cheese, garlic powder and seasoned salt in small bowl. Spread an even amount on each sandwich thin half. Mix together chopped veggies and later on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle cheese over veggies and finish off with Mrs. Dash seasoning.

Makes 16 open faced sandwiches.
