1 lb pork tenderloin2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut to bite size1 cup orange juice.5 cup onion1 tsp cumin1 clove garlic1 can tomato and green chilies (10 oz)1 can diced tomato 10 or 15 ouncedash of salt
cut pork into cubes. Same with potatoes. Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook in crock pot 8 to 10 hours on low.
