Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients
1/2 clove garlic1 tbsp. olive oil1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Directions
Mince garlic. In a non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium high and cook garlic until slightly golden. Add aculiflower to skillet and sprinkle with cumin. Cover, lower heat to medium and cook (stirring frequently) until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
