Turkey Cuban Sandwich Quesadilla

Ingredients
4 oz turkey breast1 oz honey ham, 97% fat free1 slice kosher pickle2 tsp yellow mustard1 oz sliced Swiss cheese1 whole wheat tortilla, Wrap-Itz
Directions
1. Bake a 4 oz thin sliced turkey breast in the oven. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Usually, it takes 15 minutes or so at 350F.

2. Place tortilla on a sheet of foil. Layer with cheese first, then the turkey, then the ham. Top with a kosher pickle slice and some mustard.

3. Enjoy!

You can certainly reduce the calorie amount by using a 3 oz turkey breast, but I couldn't find one that small. You can also use reduced-fat Swiss cheese for about 20 calories less.
