Grandma Ruby's Creamy White Chili

Ingredients
20 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes2 medium onions, chopped1 1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 can great northern beans, rinsed2 cans cannellini beans, rinsed1 can reduced sodium chicken broth2 cans chopped green chilis1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp ground cumin1 1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 cup light sour cream1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
In a large saucepan, saute chicken, onions, and garlic powder in oil until the chicken is no longer pink. Add all other ingredients except the sour cream and whipping cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.

**My husband suggested I add an additional can of beans next time, I think I agree, this was a little bit soupy, but really pretty yummy!
