3 eggs2tsp Pet milkdash lemon pepper1/4 cup red peppers (chopped)1/4 cup green peppers (chopped)2tsp chopped onions1/4 cup chives1/4 cup Kraft Mexican cheese
Directions
Chop the vegetables. Beat the eggs in a bowl, and then add the chopped vegetables and cheese gradually, while stirring. Heat the skillet first and allow to get hot. Spray the skillet with 0 calorie spray. When the skillet is hot, pour the mix in. Allow to brown on one side, and fold over halfway.
